Spend a little bit of time cleaning up your current data, we will be converting precisely what is in the program. Remember the addage "garbage in, garbage out". Now is the perfect time to clean up duplicates or delete data.

There isn't much you need to do here except to sign up for MyCase. Once this is done make a backup of all of your source data and upload it to us for your conversion.

You can optionally request a conversion preview before the final conversion is completed, allowing you and your staff an opportunity to look at the converted data to ensure that everything is as you expect in MyCase.

Once we convert your data we'll send, and optional install for you, your converted data and you are ready to go. This process takes between one and three days and is the most painless conversion you'll ever do.

Fast And Simple

Your entire conversion, from the time you upload your database, will take less than three days to complete and you simply log into MyCase and your data is there. No conversion could be easier.

No Record Left Behind

We don't just convert your records, we can also send you a complete CSV of the entire conversion if requested in advance so that you have a redundant copy of them should you ever need it.

Conversion Pricing

There are no hidden costs, our pricing is clear and concise. The base price includes a full conversion of your practice management data.

Your base conversion cost is calculated by the size of your current practice management database and the number of records. You can derive this by going into your SQL data folder and noting the size of the database file.

Additional add-on services may change the cost of your conversion, please take that into account when calculating your budget for this service.

Eagle requires payment in full prior to or at the time any portion of the final converted data is provided to your firm. We do not invoice for conversions.

  • 2.1GB to 7GB
    $1,350.00 US
  • 7.1GB to 12GB

The above base conversion prices are based on an average record count for the database size.  Record counts in the hundreds of thousands or millions can change this cost by up to 1000%.

Add-On Services Pricing

Small Firm

Convert from Amicus Small Firm or Amicus V. Add 50% to the above base conversion cost

Installation

Eagle will backup and download then upload and install your conversion for you. $500.00 US additional.

Existing Data

Merge your data into an existing established MyCase system. $350.00 US

Custom Matter Fields

Migrate custom data from your matter files to your MyCase matter records. $750.00 US

High Record Count

Premium for any record counts exceeding 150,000 records.  100% to 500% to the cost of the base conversion depending on record count, this will be quoted prior to converting.

Preview (Recommended)

Have us convert your data entirely and upload up to 10 matters or no more than 5% of your cases. $300.00 US each preview

After Hours & Weekend

Perform conversion outside of the hours of 9am to 5pm Mountain Time M-F. Add 50% to the TOTAL cost of conversion.

Holiday & Holiday Weekend

Perform conversion over any holiday or any holiday weekend. Add 150% to the TOTAL cost of conversion.

Post Conversion Changes

Assist with changes to the conversion after the converted database has been returned. $200.00 per hour, one hour minimum.

Last Minute Conversion

Emergency conversion with less than 10 business days advance notice. 200% of the total conversion cost.
